A protective coating is a layer of material applied to a substrate to prevent damage from corrosion, abrasion, and weathering – either by blocking the external environment from starting the corrosion process, preventing the electrochemical reaction, or routing the corrosion process in a direction that won’t harm the structure.

1. Anti-Corrosive Coating
  • Coal tar epoxy and equivalent solvent-based coatings are applied to protect concrete and steel structures from corrosion caused by moisture, chemicals, and environmental exposure.
  • Forms a barrier that blocks the electrochemical reaction that causes corrosion.
  • Suitable for industrial structures, steel components and reinforced concrete.
  • Coal tar epoxy and comparable solvent-based epoxy systems providing high resistance to chemical exposure.
  • Suited to structures in corrosive environments such as effluent treatment plants and industrial plants & process areas.
  • A protective coating that blocks carbon dioxide from penetrating the concrete surface, preventing carbonation-induced corrosion of reinforcement.
  • Used on exposed concrete structures like facades, bridges where carbonation is the primary deterioration risk.
  • A coating system formulated to resist chloride and sulphate ion ingress, protecting reinforcement from corrosion.
  • Suited to structures exposed to seawater, sea spray, or sulphate-bearing soils.
  • A protective coating finish that combines weather resistance with an improved surface appearance.
  • Used where both protection and visual finish are required on exposed concrete or masonry surfaces.
  • A full range of hydrophobic impregnations and polyurethane-based coating systems for exposed cooling towers, pipelines, and chimneys.
  • Prevents scale formation, corrosion, and fouling that reduce efficiency and shorten plant life
