Water is the biggest threat to a building’s lifespan. It gets in through roofs, basements, tanks, and everyday wet areas — and once it’s in, it damages concrete and steel from the inside. We provide waterproofing solutions across residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure structures by choosing the right system for each part of the structure, based on where the water comes from and how the space is used.

Terrace & roof

Roofs and terraces take the most direct hit from sun, rain, and daily temperature swings. Left unprotected, water finds its way through hairline cracks and damages the concrete and ceiling below. We waterproof terraces, roofs, podium decks, expansion joints and large industrial roofs.

PU waterproofing systems — seamless and flexible protection for exposed and weather-affected surfaces

1. Single-component PU, hand-applied

Applied by brush or roller directly onto the concrete surface.
Suited to smaller areas, detailed corners, and hand-finished work.

2. Two-component PU, spray-applied

Two components combined and sprayed on to form one continuous membrane with no joints.
Suited to large roof and terrace areas needing fast, uniform coverage.

3. TPO membrane

A single-ply synthetic sheet, heat-welded at the joints.
Resists punctures and long-term weathering — used on large industrial roofs and terraces.

4. APP/SBS membrane

A bitumen-based sheet membrane, rolled out and heat-sealed onto the roof surface.
Used selectively, based on project requirements and site conditions.

5. Acrylic coating

A single-component, UV-stable elastomeric coating.
Brush or roller-applied; bridges hairline cracks that blocks water while letting the surface breathe and resists sun exposure on exposed surfaces.

Basement & underground structures

We waterproof basements, retaining walls, foundations, and other underground structures that sit below ground, under constant pressure from groundwater and damp soil. If water gets in here, it weakens the foundation and causes lasting dampness.

1. HDPE membrane

A pre-formed sheet membrane, bonded to the structure using pressure-sensitive adhesive.
Forms a continuous barrier against groundwater; our first choice for basement raft, retaining wall, and foundation waterproofing.

2. PVC membrane

A flexible sheet membrane, resistant to chemicals and root penetration.
Used as an alternative to HDPE for basement walls, raft slabs, and underground structures.

3. Crystalline waterproofing

A cement-based coating containing active chemicals that react with moisture in the concrete.
Forms crystals inside the concrete pores that block water paths from within — permanent, not surface-applied.

Water tank & reservoir

We waterproof and protect water tanks, reservoirs, and other water-holding structures under constant pressure, where even a small gap can develop into a leak over time.

1. Cementitious waterproofing

A cement-based system with waterproofing additives, bonded directly to the concrete surface.
Our standard system for water tanks and reservoirs.

2. Polyurea coating

A two-component spray coating that cures within seconds to minutes.
Forms a seamless, chemical- and abrasion-resistant layer — suited to tanks needing fast turnaround.

3. Epoxy coating

A two-component resin coating with high chemical resistance.
Used where a hard, protective, chemically resistant finish is required.

4. Food-grade epoxy/PU

A non-toxic epoxy or PU system, certified safe for contact with drinking water.
Used specifically for potable water tanks (OHT, UG sump).

5. Geomembrane

A synthetic HDPE or PVC liner, welded at the seams for large-area coverage.
Used for water containment, reservoirs, and industrial ponds.

Wet areas

Bathrooms, kitchens, toilets, balconies, sunken slabs, and utility areas are exposed to water daily, and constant moisture works into the floor and walls if not properly sealed.
